Applications:

It can be used in many kinds of metal die casting, such as Aluminum, Magnesium, Zinc alloy die casting. It is especially suitable for applications with high die temperatures and for the production of big, heavy and complicated parts.

Other Details:

This product is a 50% solid content of modified silicone oil with stable quality, the color is milk white and light blue, it can be stored for longer than 2 years without layering.
This product is widely used for die casting release agent. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed,coated or bonded.
An outstanding release effect is even obtained when extremely small amounts of the release agent are used.
The result is an easy, accurate reproduction of every surface detail of the molded article.
This product exhibits excellent film forming properties.
