About Modified Alkyl Aryl Silicone Oil

RX-103 is a modified silicone fluid of medium viscosity and its special chemical structure imbues it with the advantages of silicone fluids and mineral oils. It is mainly used for die casting release agent. Compared to conventional silicone fluid, it is better in case when finished components are to be printed, painted, bonded or coated. Even a small amount of release agent can be used for an excellent release effect. It results in convenient and accurate reproduction of all surface details of the molded article. RX-103 shows superior film forming properties.
